Matti’s Miami Spice Must-Have: Wolfgang’s Steakhouse
Matti Marshak, Co-Founder of Pacific 54, is adamant about his favorite restaurant, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse. Luckily for him, they are participating in Miami Spice Month! His favorite meal there is the PORTERHOUSE FOR TWO, which he (not so) secretly enjoys all for himself.
Wolfgang’s Steakhouse is located on Biscayne Boulevard, and offers an extraordinary selection of steakhouse favorites for both lunch and dinner.
Jon’s Go To: Quality Meats
For our Business Development Manager, Jon, Quality Meats on Miami Beach is his restaurant of choice to visit during Miami Spice Month. He would order the delicious served on rye bread, with spicy coleslaw, and bread and butter pickles.
Quality Meats is based off of the original, Manhattan-based restaurant from Fourth Wall Restaurants. They serve up classic, tasteful butchery in a way that will leave you satisfied with both the food and the ambiance. For Miami Spice Month, Quality Meats is participating for dinner specials, 7 days a week.
Mary’s Top Pick: Anything Italian
If she had to choose, Mary (our star Social Media Manager) would go to Segafredo Brickell for a dinner of their infamous SHORT RIB PARPADELLE – Red Wine Braised Short Ribs, Creamy Demi-Glace, Garden Peas, Cremini Mushrooms, Pecorino Romano. Segafredo is an Italian-inspired spot that transforms from cafe in the day to a chic, modern-meets-antique lounge by night. Segafredo is participating in Miami Spice Month for their dinner menu, 7 days a week. To be honest, if it’s pizza or pasta, Mary is interested. She’s also been dying to try Cipriani, and always loves Perricone’s Marketplace and Cafe.
David’s Special Spots: Makoto and Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink
David, resident LATAM Technical SEO Specialist, couldn’t just choose one restaurant for Miami Spice Month! His first favorite is Makoto, a Japanese restaurant named after famed executive chef Makoto Okuwa. Located in the Bal Harbour Shops, Makoto is participating in Miami Spice Month for lunch specials, Monday – Friday, and for dinner specials, Sunday – Thursday.
His second spot is Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink, a laid-back bistro boasting of locally-sourced ingredients and changing daily menus, based on what’s in season. Stay tuned for which lunch or dinner specials Michael’s will be offering during Miami Spice Month!
Mitchell’s Food Fave: The Bazaar by José Andrés
The newest team member of Pacific 54 – Mitchell, our SEO Specialist – is looking to dine at The Bazaar by José Andrés, because of his fondness for Bazaar Mar by José Andrés, where he loves to order the GAMBAS AL AJILLO, MEXICAN GULF, FLORIDA – sautéed shrimp, garlic, olive oil, spicy tomato sauce, parsley.
The Bazaar by José Andrés is an upscale restaurant, whose menu “blends Andrés Spanish heritage and personal ingenuity with influences from the local Latin culinary tradition.” The Bazaar by José Andrés is participating in Miami Spice Month for their dinner menu, Sunday – Thursday.
